1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & PRODUCT RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of their order, without needing to state a reason, in accordance with European legislation for online purchases.
Return Conditions: For a product return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must not have been used, washed or modified in any way.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (with labels, protective covers, etc.) and accompanied by the purchase receipt (invoice or receipt).
- The product must not belong to return exceptions (see “Exceptions” section).
Return Process:

- The customer bears the shipping cost for returning the product, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
- The return can be made through the courier company of your choice, at your own expense.
2. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
Right of Exchange: You can request a product exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in excellent condition (without signs of use, wear, washing, etc.).
- It must be returned with its original packaging and purchase receipt.
- The exchange may concern size, color, or the product with another similar product from our store.
Exchange Process:
- Contact us to coordinate the new order and shipping of the new product.
- The customer is charged with shipping costs for returning the product and sending the new product, unless there is an error on our part (e.g. wrong size or color).
3. RETURN EXCEPTIONS
The following products cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for hygiene or other reasons:
- Underwear, swimwear or products that come into direct contact with the body.
- Products that have been modified or damaged due to use.
- Products that are not returned in their original packaging.
4. REFUNDS
If all conditions for product return are met, we will process the refund for the product value within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is made using the same method used for payment of the order (credit/debit card, etc.).
5. PROBLEMS WITH DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is delivered defective or if there was an error in your order (e.g. wrong size, color), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution, such as return or replacement.
